Mila Narducci
Mila Narducci is an experienced attorney and healthcare professional who helps families and caregivers prepare for life’s unexpected challenges through clear, compassionate estate planning.
Mila is a University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters in Management. Her career began as a Registered Nurse, giving her a unique dual perspective that she brings to every client relationship. Inspired by her husband and two young toddlers at the time, she earned her Juris Doctor (JD) in 2010 and pursued her dream of becoming an attorney.
Mila began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, where she spent several years prosecuting cases in criminal court. This experience sharpened her advocacy skills, deepened her understanding of courtroom procedures, and strengthened her ability to protect clients’ rights and interests under pressure.
She went on to serve as General Counsel and Director of Research and Business Development for Narducci Dental Group (2018–2024), providing legal guidance on employment matters, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance while leading strategic marketing and growth initiatives.
Mila founded Narducci Legal, handling business law, family law, wills, probate, guardianship, and Title IX cases. In 2025, she focused exclusively on estate planning and elder law at Absolute Law Group. She is a graduate of The Florida Bar Leadership Academy Class 6 and an Elder Law College graduate.

Current Mission: In 2026, Mila founded Estate Plan First with a clear purpose: to educate families and caregivers about the importance of having legal plans in place before a medical crisis occurs. Her guiding principle is simple: Estate Plan First, so that when life gets hard, families can focus on caring for each other instead of scrambling with paperwork and legal stress.
Personal Perspective: Mila’s passion for this work comes from personal experience. While caring for her husband through his battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, which included a stem cell transplant and a long recovery, she saw firsthand how overwhelming legal and financial matters can become during a health crisis.
She continues to volunteer with the Legal Council of Triage Cancer. Drawing from her background as a registered nurse, dedicated caregiver, and seasoned advocate, Mila guides clients with empathy, practical insight, and real-world understanding of the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that come with aging, illness, and caregiving.

Outside the Office: Mila is deeply passionate about health, wellness, neuroscience, and longevity. She loves studying the latest research on brain health, aging, and performance optimization. She is currently learning Italian and enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, weightlifting, and outdoor adventures. Most of all, she cherishes time with her husband, their three children, and their sweet maltipoo, Enzo.
